Formats

Many jurisdictions consider terms differently. For this reason, the information presented below read together with the TOSIA (and other information not presented here) explain “Format(s)”, each a property, of Owner fictitiously FineArts Pictures, Finest Performances, Parksberry (“Owner”) and Format information via domains FineArtsPictures.com, FinestPerformances.com, Parksberry.com and other domains. This partial description of Format, not complete here, and Format information is important for many reasons including to preclude any confusion between the Formats of Owner, each a property of Owner (each so labeled), and the property of any third party.

Elements are also created by and originated by Owner and described via fineartspictures.com and/or finestperformances.com and/or parksberry.com and/or other domains as well being described in documents and materials by entertainment industry terms that include: idea, concept, story, treatment, adaptation, narrative, characters, hosts, sequences, structures, bibles, synopsis, programs, episodes, features, text, design, format, “look and feel” and other terms (individually and collectively “Element(s”)).

Element(s) include the use of technologies and may be on a viewing device screen or not on a viewing device screen and may include, but are not limited to: staging, lighting, catchphrases & titles, designs, graphics, rules, scoring, posts, online content, online forms, visits to websites via the Internet, online social network interactions other interactions with technologies, quizzes, judging and contestant criteria and other criteria.

The distinctive combination of Owner’s Element(s) (both new and commonplace which may or may not be protected as separate intellectual property items) fixed in any material form (including in written form describing Owner’s Element(s) and/or their combination) that create(s) an original, repeatable narrative and/or interactive structure are each an originated Format of Owner (individually and collectively “Format(s)”). Format(s) including Element(s) are each components of Owner’s Projects (individually and collectively “Project(s)”).

Notice is given here too that each Element and/or each Format and/or each Project and/or each unique method using technologies and/or other materials is/are protected by copyright laws of the United States of America and international treaties, trademark and patent laws, and other intellectual property laws; and each/all is/are the result of considerable resources, time and expense of the Owner and each/all is/are valuable intellectual property(ies) of Owner, the Nominee of whom is Services (“Nominee”) .
